DELIVERY

DURING THE SALE, AS WELL AS DURING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW MOULDS AND OPEN PRE-ORDERS SHIPMENT OF ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED BY 1-2 WEEKS!

Shipping policy:

  • We dispatch most orders within 10 business days.
  • Sometimes if a handmade silicone mould is out of stock, we can produce wanted items by request, which may take a certain amount of time.
  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Delivery service companies:

  • Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services.
  • Standard delivery is carried by Ukrposhta postal service. After your parcel has arrived at the country of destination it will be dispatched to your national postal operators for further delivery. Delivery takes between 2-12 weeks.
  • Express delivery is carried by DHL. Delivery takes 5-7 days, sometimes up to 21 days.
  • For bulk orders, we can arrange air, cargo, or overland transportation.

Customs and import charges:

  • In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Especially when shipped by DHL, less when shipped by standard method.
  • You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
  • We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Order issues:

  • If for any reason the parcel is delayed and the order status does not change for more than 14 days, please contact your local post office, perhaps it has already arrived, but the information on the tracking number has not been updated. 
  • If the order status does not change for more than 30 days, please email us to request a lost package claim at the post office from our side. 
  • If the parcel has not arrived to you within 3 MONTHS after sending, due to the fault of the postal service, we will resend the parcel or issue a refund.
  • If the parcel arrived to the recipient but they did not claim it at the post office for any reason and the parcel was sent back, we can issue a partial refund excluding delivery cost and customs duties​, but only after receiving our products back.
  • If you received an incorrect order, faulty item or some item is missing, please email us.
  • You cannot cancel your order if you change your mind after it's already been sent to you.

We always try to send orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your moulds as soon as possible to enjoy and work with them! We are interested in the parcel arriving to you as soon as possible and having you come back to us again.
