Delivery Information


  • Orders are dispatched within 10 days after payment.

  • Sometimes if a handmade silicone mold is out of stock, we can produce wanted items on request, which takes a certain amount of time.

  • We ship orders 2-3 times a week.

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number and a link you can use to track the parcel.

Delivery service companies:

  • We send parcels by Ukrposhta postal service. After your parcel has arrived at the country of destination it will be dispatched to your national postal operators for further delivery.

  • EMS service for 52 countries is currently available. Delivery takes between 7-10 days as stated by the service.

  • For U.S. and Canada, shipment via DHL is available, delivery takes between 3-5 days.

  • We provide express shipping to the U.S. for parcels up to 2 kg.

  • On-demand, we can arrange fast delivery via DHL for an extra fee.

  • For large quantity orders, we can arrange air, cargo, or overland transportation.


  • Standard delivery takes between 2-4 weeks (depending on the country), there are possible delays in the delivery for 8 or more weeks, which entirely depends upon postal service and customs.

  • Firstly, your parcel goes through customs in Ukraine, then departs to the destination country. Postal services use civil and cargo aircraft, trains, and cars. At the moment the delivery time has increased due to restraint of flights, transportation deficiency and, border queues.

  • Unfortunately, there is no way for us to expedite delivery, we can’t contact customs, we can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date, as we are not a delivery service.

  • If you need express delivery, please contact us directly with your request.

  • In some cases custom service can detain shipments and oblige the recipient to pay customs duty. This especially applies to DHL shipings

  • The postal service does not always notify the recipient about parcel arrival, so the buyer has to to track their parcels.

Parcel loss:

  • If for any reason the parcel is delayed and the order status does not change for more than 14 days, please contact your local post office, perhaps it has already arrived, but the information on the tracking number has not been updated.

  • Contact us, we will contact the postal service on our side and claim for a lost item.

  • If the parcel has not arrived to you within 3 MONTHS after sending due to the fault of the postal service, we will resend the parcel or issue a refund.

  • If the parcel arrived to the recipient but they did not pick it up from the post office for any reason and the parcel was sent back, we can issue a partial refund excluding delivery cost, but only after receiving our products back.

  • You cannot cancel your order if you change your mind after it's already been sent to you.

We always try to send orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your moulds as soon as possible to enjoy and work with them! We are interested in the parcel arriving to you as soon as possible and having you come back to us again.
