Belgian Chocolate Academy. Modern techniques in pastry
This 2-day course combines modern culinary techniques to create gastronomy with geometric figures, straight lines and contrast lighting.
You will learn to prepare all the different parts of Dinara’s recipes, and you will work with her own designed moulds, of which she loves to give you all further explanation !
